JJ Pest Products offers the following Returns Policy:
Return Policy: Refund is available on returned products if unused, unopened and in resale condition. Refund is minus all shipping and handling fees incurred by JJ Pest Products and a 10% restocking charge will be applied. No refunds after 30 days from shipping date of product. Once we are in receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to your credit card in accordance with our return policy. No returns are permitted after 30 days.
Damaged in Transit: Any item that is damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional charge. Please notify us immediately upon the delivery of your item if it has been damaged in transit. We will send a shipping label for the return. A replacement will be shipped promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s)
Protect-A-Bed Covers: For health reasons, Protect-a-bed mattress cover sales are final and can not be returned. Make sure you measure correctly before ordering. Once a protect-a-bed encasement has been opened and attempted to be placed on any box spring or mattress. It cannot be returned. All Protect-A-Bed sales are final.
Please inspect your Protect-A-Bed cover immediately upon delivery. If there appears to be any defect, contact us immediately at products@jjpest.com. In any case, we must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery of your Protect-a-Bed cover if there is any visible defect. We also inspect all Protect-A-Bed covers for any defects before shipment.
Shipping: JJ Pest Products will replace any item lost or damaged during shipment. Most products will ship USPS Priority flat rate; however, anything over 10 pounds will ship UPS Ground. All Aerosols will be UPS Ground.
